Eugene R. Spada, ESQ.

Eugene R. Spada is a plaintiff’s attorney. This means that he represents individuals who have been injured by doctors, dentists, car accidents, individuals, and corporations. Eugene has been a attorney for over 40 years. He is one of the best known trial attorneys in the Capital District. He has personally litigated over 5,000 cases and has tried more than 500 cases. He tries cases for his own firm and serves as of counsel to other law firms. Eugene does everything in his power to fight for his clients.

Justine L. Spada, ESQ.

Justine L. Spada a specialist in the practice of family law. Justine handles divorce, support, custody, separation agreements and other problems related to family law. Justine is dedicated to serving the best needs of her clients and works tirelessly to provide the best services to them that she can. She has the reputation of being one of the best matrimonial attorneys in the Capital District, having tried numerous matrimonial and family court trials. Justine is a Law Guardian in area Family Courts. Her free legal work for the needy earned her the 1999 Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year Award from the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.

Justine is a graduate of Union College and Western New England Law School.
